If there are any issues with your gift basket
For Fruit Baskets: Please contact the shop within 24 hours of receiving the fruit basket. If the shop's assessment determines that the problem was due to an error on our part, we will send you a replacement product. Alternatively, if the customer does not wish to receive a replacement, the shop will consider a refund based on the extent of the product damage.
** Prior to assembly, the shop carefully selects all fruits. Upon receiving the fruit basket, it is recommended to remove the plastic wrapping, wash the fruits, and refrigerate them immediately.
For Gift Baskets (non-fruit): You can report a claim for a defective product within 48 hours of receiving the item. If the shop's assessment determines that the problem was due to an error on our part, we will send you a replacement product. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a refund based on the extent of the product damage.
